Canungra Master Planned Retirement Community DA Lodgement
Things are progressing well on our Canungra lifestyle project, with the Development Application lodging in late 2020. The large 23-hectare parcel sits within the small and tight-knit community of Canungra in the Gold Coast’s hinterlands, and so we knew going into the DA process we would need to do a lot of work with the community to educate them on what the project proposes.

2021 has started of with a bang and the Bluebird team are working across some amazing projects, including our newest appointment, a 773sqm Childcare Centre in Sunnybank. This is the second project with CW Corp and we will be working in both a Development Advisory and Development Management capacity.

We are excited about our new working relationship with interstate landowners, who have recently engaged us to be their proxy on the ground in Brisbane. We are conducting development strategy and feasibility analysis to repurpose the existing building and convert it into a build to rent project.

Bluebird has been recently appointed to provide project management services for a 48-bed student accommodation building in Kelvin Grove. The Development Application was approved in June 2020 and we are now in the process of coordinating the Building Approval on behalf of Hive Property Group.
