Repurposing and Build-to-rent in Windsor
We are excited about our new working relationship with interstate landowners, who have recently engaged us to be their proxy on the ground in Brisbane. Over the past couple of weeks, we’ve started on the new development strategy and feasibility analysis for their proposed apartment project in Windsor. Think repurposing and build-to-rent.
Whilst there a few hurdles to overcome (lapsed DA, fire sprinklers, car parking and deep planting to name a few), we’re both inspired and aligned to the team’s creative approach and their can-do attitude! Together with our clients, the team from Prospect Architecture and DTS Planning, we’re looking forward to the challenge of unlocking the development potential of their site.
