The Bluebird team are thrilled to announce our appointment as Superintendent for the first stage of an exciting project in Capalaba. Comprising a selection of one and two-bedroom homes, this thoughtful project has been designed with both the end-user and environmental sustainability at the forefront, including specialist disability accommodation, solar panels and on-site battery storage. In our role as Superintendent we will oversee the administration of the construction contract to ensure a smooth delivery process for the developer.
