Bluebird Appointed on new student accommodation in Kelvin Grove.
Bluebird has been recently appointed to provide project management services for a 48-bed rooming accommodation building in Kelvin Grove. The Development Application was approved in June 2020 and we are now in the process of coordinating the Building Approval with Hive Property Group.
The project is in a prime location near the vibrant QUT Campus and Creative Industries Precinct. The campus is part of the thriving Kelvin Grove Urban Village, which provides an exciting mix of retail uses, including a supermarket, cafes, restaurants, pharmacy, beauty & health services. It is also a short walk to McCaskie Park, Victoria Golf Club and only 3km to Brisbane's CBD.
On completion the site will be managed by Hive, who specialise in purpose built, fully furnished accommodation strategically located close to universities, medical facilities, and employment hubs.
