Bluebird Appointed to CW Corp Sunnybank Childcare Centre
2021 has started off with a bang and the Bluebird team is working across some amazing projects, including our latest appointment - a brand new Childcare Centre in Sunnybank. This is our second project with CW Corp and we will be working in both a Development Management and Project Management capacity.
Bluebird is currently working with the developer and the fantastic consultant team through the Development Application process. The DA proposes a 773sqm two storey centre that will ultimately cater for more than 100 children. Due to the sought-after nature of the site, the developer has already secured the operator.
Once approved Bluebird will go on to deliver the project as a DM/PM, providing an end-to-end service for our client.
