Moreton Bay Regional Council - Caboolture Project

Bluebird Property partnered with Moreton Bay Regional Council on the Caboolture Project, a strategic endeavor encompassing a comprehensive development due-diligence and highest and best use analysis. Spanning just under 28 hectares, this substantial site presented a unique opportunity to co-locate essential community facilities in Caboolture alongside social and affordable housing. Our goal was to explore the potential of delivering these housing solutions through registered Community Housing Providers while considering potential partnerships with private sector developers. Together with Moreton Bay Regional Council, we embarked on a journey to unlock the site's full potential and foster a thriving, inclusive community.
