Bluebird Welcomes Kate Cornwell and Ella Murray

In September Bluebird were delighted to welcome Kate Cornwell and Ella Murray to the team.

Kate has joined us as Assistant Development Manager and will be working across a number of our exciting projects.

Kate brings her years of experience and accolades to the Bluebird team, with a Bachelor of Property Economics at the Queensland University of Technology as well as being awarded the 2012 Urban Development Institute of Australia’s Future Leader Award. Kate joins us from Frasers Property Group, where she honed her skills in the residential and mixed-use project spaces, notably working on major projects Coorparoo Square and the heritage restoration of Yungaba House.

Kate expresses her excitement at working with all our fantastic Bluebird clients and assisting in any way she can.

Ella joins the team as Bluebird’s Marketing Manager. After pursuing a Bachelor in Urban and Environmental Planning then taking some time to explore both Canada and the UK, Ella returned to Australia to work with prominent developer Sunland Group, where she found her love of marketing in the development space and established herself as a digital marketing specialist.

Ella is thrilled to be promoting the Bluebird brand, as well as working alongside our clients to provide specialised marketing insights and agendas.
