Bluebird Appointed to 23h Masterplanned Development Site in Canungra
Bluebird is excited to announce our appointment as Project Manager for a new 23-hectare masterplanned site in beautiful Canungra. Over the coming months, we will be assisting the Gold Coast Developer with their development strategy, Development Applications, community engagement, and the overall delivery of this exciting project.
The site is located on the eastern edge of the Scenic Rim, and only 20 minutes drive from Nerang – an area anticipated to have strong growth as the land supply on the Gold Coast depletes. With an anticipated mix of uses, we’re looking forward to working alongside the growing team to pursue the project’s successful integration into this beautiful part of SEQ.
