DA Approved for Sunnybank Childcare Centre
Bluebird is excited to announce the Development Application for our client’s Sunnybank Childcare Center has now been approved! We’ll continue our work as both Development Management and Project Management over the next stage of this development.
Based in McCullough Street, the centre will be an impressive two-storey, architecturally designed building, with state of the art playscape and space for 111 children. Construction will begin shortly after the detailed design is finalised.
We’ve been fortunate enough to work closely with Alto Architects and Town Planning Alliance, who have put in tremendous effort in bringing this project to life.
