Bluebird appointed to two new Community-focused facilities
Bluebird is excited to announce two new appointments, both focused on community.
Firstly, we’ve been appointed as the Financier’s Representative for an Early Learning childcare centre in Burpengary. We’ll be overseeing the project on behalf of the lender and providing confidence that their investment is being properly managed.
Additionally, we’re pleased to have been appointed as Project Manager by ISKCON Brisbane for the forthcoming Hare Krishna Temple and Community Facility, located in Seventeen Mile Rocks.
Working directly with the client and project team, we are in the process of appointing the civil contractor and builder. The project aims to include a new hall for 1,000 guests, a commercial kitchen, library, dining hall, offices and accommodation.
Bluebird will be actively working on both these projects, maintaining high standards in delivering great community facilities.
