Repurposing and Build-to-rent in Windsor

We are excited about our new working relationship with interstate landowners, who have recently engaged us to be their proxy on the ground in Brisbane. We are conducting development strategy and feasibility analysis to repurpose the existing building and convert it into a build to rent project.

Bluebird Appointed on new student accommodation in Kelvin Grove.

Bluebird has been recently appointed to provide project management services for a 48-bed student accommodation building in Kelvin Grove. The Development Application was approved in June 2020 and we are now in the process of coordinating the Building Approval on behalf of Hive Property Group.

Plans Redrawn for Paint Factory Arts Village - The Urban Developer

Plans are afoot to transform a Brisbane paint factory—once the largest in the southern hemisphere—into Australia’s first fully-integrated arts village.

Brisbane-based Montague Developments originally proposed a residential redevelopment for the former industrial site at 115 Hyde Road, Yeronga—home to the Taubmans paint factory from 1952 to 2015, which was purchased for $10 million by Queensland-based owner Hyde Road Pty Ltd.
