Appointment with Consolidated Properties Group

DA Approved for High-end Boutique Apartments in New Farm
Brisbane-based Developers Frank Developments and Graya™ have successfully secured the DA for ‘Maison’, a high-end boutique residential development comprising five full-floor apartments located on Moray Street in New Farm.

New Apartments Development for Maroochydore
Bluebird is excited to be working with a local Sunshine Coast developer to finalise their DA submission for a new 20-unit complex in Maroochydore. The Development Application is expected to be lodged in the next few weeks.
Bluebird is assisting the Developer in design development, value engineering, feasibility modelling and the establishment of the sales and marketing strategy for the project.
Working with Leading Social & Affordable Housing Provider
Bluebird is actively sourcing sites for a leading social and affordable housing provider looking to expand their portfolio in Brisbane. Over the past couple of months, we have been scouring the market for development opportunities across the city and are incredibly excited to be contributing to the unlocking of the much-needed housing alternative for our society.

DA Approved for Sunshine Coast Apartments
Local Sunshine Coast Developer WOW Property Group has successfully received their Development Approval for a 109-apartment project ‘Lowanna Beach Resort’, located in the beachside suburb of Buddina.
Bluebird has provided development advisory services for this project including market analysis and customer profiling, and worked closely with the project team to establish the development & design brief. We’re looking forward to seeing them progress through the next phase of the project!
The Avenues, Highfields - Stage 3 Sold Out
House and Land sales at The Avenues, Highfields have gone extremely well over the past couple of months and Stage 3 is now sold out. The next stages will commence construction shortly to meet the incredible demand for this high quality, masterplanned community! Delivering 530 lots on completion, The Avenues is setting a new benchmark for the Toowoomba region.
