Did you know that Council are offering FREE ‘Open Door’ Prelodgement Meetings until 30 September 2020?
The purpose of a prelodgement meeting is to identify issues and explore opportunities with a development proposal prior to submitting a Development Application. It also helps landowners to confirm the development potential of their sites and how they might be able to maximise their value.
