Construction Update
We are thrilled to bring you our Construction Wrap Up. Explore a quick update on some of our incredible projects, all of which are making significant progress.
Driftwood, Cotton Tree
Driftwood is really starting to come to life as we approach practical completion, due in a couple of months. The exterior of the building is 100% rendered with 90% of painting and façade screens also in.
Tiling to balconies is well advanced with appliances also being installed! Scaffolding is coming down next week and we love watching the apartments looking more and more like homes.
Emmeline, Paddington
The construction team at Infinitec are powering through the build at Emmeline! The apartments now have majority of glazing on the windows and doors installed with the external rendering almost completed and painting commenced. Lighting is about 70% completed across the units
KubUnity, Capalaba
All of our 7 buildings at KubUnity now have roofs! External and internal painting is underway on the first two buildings and will follow on to the remaining buildings next month. Benchtops are due to arrive next month and stairs will also be going in! We look forward to continuing to share the awesome progress SandSky is making onsite.
Luciana, St Lucia
The townhouses are making real progress! Tiling to the bathroom floors and wall is coming along nicely in residences 9 - 11 alongside internal painting.
Ply is being laid in preparation for timber flooring and stone has started arriving on site! We’re looking forward to opening the display later this month and can’t wait to show you how beautiful Luciana is.
Infinity, Heathwood
The townhouses at Infinity, Heathwood are progressing well with internals starting to take shape – we now have the flooring installed in 3 of the buildings! Benchtops have started going in and internal painting has started.
The construction site is very active with the trades onsite smashing the work out. In case you missed our news, this project is now entirely sold out!
Montessori Childcare Centre, Burpengary
Civil works are now underway at Montessori! This innovative childcare center is officially progressing.
