September Construction Update
We are excited to update date you on the progress of some of our fantastic projects over the course of the month.
Emmeline on Elizabeth, Rosalie
Emmeline is progressing well with reputable builder, Infinitec Constructions. The basement carpark structure and boundary retention works are complete. The ground floor slab is now getting ready to be poured. The original character home has been raised to facilitate site access. All of these beautiful apartments and the renovated house were sold prior to construction and works are on track for completion in September 2021.
Infinity, Heathwood
Stage 2 at Infinity Heathwood is progressing well with our experienced builder, OJ Pippin. All facades have been completed and internal fitouts are underway. There has been strong sales throughout the month and Stage 1 is 100% occupied. We are happy to announce that due to the success of the first two stages, Stage 3 has been fast-tracked and groundworks have already commenced.
KubUnity, Capalaba
In September civil works were completed at KubUnity, with all earthworks, retaining walls and services installed. This project will create over 50 new jobs throughout construction and is delivering a new era of sustainable, affordable living to the Redlands. We are looking forward to progressing construction with local builder, SandSky, as the slab set-outs get underway!
