Bluebird Year in Review - 2022

2021 has been an extremely successful year for the Bluebird team and our clients.

Over the last 12 months, we have continued to pursue our motto, Development Done Differently, and as a result, we’ve grown as a company and a brand.

Now it is with great pleasure, that we share our End of Year Results with you.

This year we expanded our team by 7 people and welcomed 18 new clients.

We are proud to have been involved in 27 projects, accounting for 2547 dwellings, with a total end value of $1.95 billion!

We’ve constructed 113 dwellings at an end value of $53 million. 

6 projects have commenced construction, and there have been 9 development/building applications approved or lodged throughout the year.

Coming into our fourth year of operation, it has been exciting, fast-paced and extremely rewarding! We can't wait to see what 2022 brings.
