Bluebird once again sponsored this wonderful event and continue to be proud being part of such an amazing industry organisation. 

These awards not only recognise the recipients hard work, but they have also been nominated by their peers. The UDIA Queensland Awards for Excellence is collectively regarded as one of the most respected and highly distinguished industry Awards programs.

Created by the development industry to recognise excellence and innovation within Queensland, these awards are not taken lightly. The process takes approximately eight months to complete. From accepting nominees to the rigorous judging which requires visits to every site and review of each written submission.
