Oak Tree Academy, Sunnybank
The Oak Tree Academy in Sunnybank is NOW OPEN. This state-of-the-art Childcare Centre features beautiful learning studios that balance aesthetics, function, and inspiration for young minds to flourish!
Bluebird has supported our client, CW Corp, from inception to completion. We offered a full stack of delivery services, including development management, project management, and construction superintendency. We worked closely with the project team to coordinate the statutory approvals, detailed design, construction delivery, certification and handover process.

Childcare Centre, Geebung
The scaffolding is up and the blockwork is continuing on the upper level podium slab. The site has been prepped for the final slab on the ground level.
Bluebird is the Development & Project Manager and Superintendent for this new Childcare Centre in Geebung. We were handed over the project with a full building design and have been engaged to manage the development through to completion. We are working hard alongside the consultant team and builder, Mettle Projects, to deliver this exciting project!
