The tallest tower in the Queen’s Wharf development has reached a record breaking sales feat with 778 of the 819 apartments sold since launching 6 weeks ago!

The latest Queens Wharf Tower is taking Queensland’s sales records to new heights, with over 90 per cent of the apartments already sold after launching just four weeks ago.

Since mid-2020, when Far East Consortium’s, Queen's Wharf Residences apartments flew off the shelves, prospective buyers in the $3.6 billion Queen's Wharf precinct on the Brisbane River have been awaiting another opportunity.

The tower is in its final release stage, offering three-bedroom Diamond Residences, which were brought forward by the group due to the overwhelming demand.
