Out and About in October

Bluebird was busy being out and about at many events this month! From the In-Depth Property Development Course with UDIA to fundraising for Beddown, Traction Builds and White Ribbon charities, we have had an exciting month!

In-Depth Property Development Course with UDIA

Bluebird Co-Founder, Claire O’Rourke presented at the UDIA’s 5 day In-Depth Property Development Course. The course covered topics on all parts of the development process from site acquisition, finance, design, town planning, sales and marketing and construction delivery.

As part of the course, Claire shared her wisdom and experience with the audience about the importance of research within the site acquisition process.

This course is a fantastic opportunity to explore every part of property development and is perfect for anyone new to the property industry, Assistant Development Managers, Project and Operational Managers, Key decision makers and Advisors.

BEDDOWN & LAWN BOWLS

Bluebird and a team of 35 female property professionals held a Fundraising Lawn Bowls event at Merthyr Bowls Club. While we use these forums to help support each other in business we were also proud to support BEDDOWN. BEDDOWN is a charity for the homeless, they provide people a safe, secure, and comfortable place for a great night's sleep.

We believe this is such an important charity to be a part of because everyone deserves a bed to sleep in.
