SOD-Turning Ceremony
Sod-Turning ceremony at Sunnybank to celebrate the first day of construction of the new Childcare Centre.
Featuring Claire O’Rourke - Bluebird, David Chan - CW Corp and Paul Cavallucci - Infinitec Group and the Bluebird Team.
Bluebird are the Development and Project Managers on this project and will be working closely with CW Corp and Infinitec to provide an end to end service on this project.

Montessori, Burpengary
The foundations have been laid at the Montessori Childcare Centre construction site and work is progressing well. On completion in 2022, this centre will have the capacity for 141 children.
Luciana, St Lucia
The scaffolding is almost all down and you can now start to see the beautiful architecture and design come through at Luciana. The internal driveways have begun to take shape and our character house is coming to life. We can’t wait to see these homes come to fruition.

Emmeline on Elizabeth
Construction is now complete at Emmeline on Elizabeth, Rosalie! We are now currently welcoming the new residents.
