Kubunity, Capalaba
Well done to SandSky and the team on reaching Practical Completion this month! The Buyers have now had the opportunity to inspect their units and can’t wait to move in as soon as we have Titles.
The 7 buildings look fantastic and we are so excited for the new residents to call KubUnity ‘home’.
Additionally, KubUnity - by Paul Michael Property Ventures received the Affordable Housing Award and were also a finalist for Project Of The Year 2021 at the recent UDIA Awards - Congratulations to KubUnity.
Bluebird was the Superintendent and External Project Manager for this development and we couldn’t be more proud helping our client bring their vision to fruition resulting in an award.
Emmeline, Rosalie
Plan sealing at Emmeline was achieved early November, only 4 weeks from when the final application being submitted to Council. A phenomenal effort!
Registration is underway, residents will be moving in very soon! Well done to the entire Emmeline team – Bluebird have loved working on this project!
Luciana, St Lucia
External works have continued at Luciana with aggregate to driveways and internal pathways being poured. The brickwork to the external facades of the internal townhouses is well underway which adds a unique architectural feature to the development.
Final joinery is about to be delivered to the site for installation!
Montessori, Burpengary
Foundations are now complete and the purlin floor system has been installed. Soon we will start to see the structural framing going up, as the building really starts to take shape.
