Construction Update
Read through our latest Construction Wrap Up. Explore a quick update on some of our incredible projects, all of which are making significant progress. We’re mitigating the impact of the heightened demand for labour and materials with our terrific builders to move ahead.
Driftwood, Cotton Tree
The final stretch for Driftwood is here, with the external 100% rendered and 80% painted. Planter boxes have started being filled with landscaping scheduled across levels 2 and 3. Next month, we’ll see the pool tiling begin!
Emmeline, Paddington
Progress is being made at Emmeline, with scaffolding beginning to come down across the site. Sheeting has been finished with the undercoat of paint completed for walls and ceilings. Wall tiles are being installed with the majority of units having vanities and laundry’s finalised across the building.
KubUnity, Capalaba
Scaffolding across KubUnity have begun coming down! Solar panels are continuing to be installed with Building 3 now completed. Internal tiling has also started and installation of balustrades are in full swing. The progress at KubUnity is really exciting to see!
Luciana, St Lucia
The townhouses are making real progress! Tiling to the bathroom floors and wall is coming along nicely in residences 9 - 11 alongside internal painting.
Ply is being laid in preparation for timber flooring and stone has started arriving on site! We’re looking forward to opening the display later this month and can’t wait to show you how beautiful Luciana is.
Infinity, Heathwood
The townhouses will see final slabs being poured this week. External painting is complete and internal painting is well underway! Additionally, tiling has been completed in a number of buildings with continued installation across the site.
External concreting across the garages are currently being poured along with vanities and benchtops undergoing installation.
Montessori Childcare Centre, Burpengary
Civil works are now underway at Montessori! This innovative childcare center is officially progressing.
