Sunnybank Childcare Centre
Infinitec have made great progress this month especially given the recent deluge experienced city-wide. They have continued with blockwork to the upper level which will be finished in the coming week and have just received the delivery of structural steel to site for them to start these works. We’re excited to see the roofing works begin shortly!
Montessori, Burpgenary
Rohrig have powered through March on construction of the Montessori Childcare Centre. It’s been great to see their incredible progress and the building take shape. The roof and wall sheeting are almost complete, services are now being roughed in, windows are being installed and internal linings are underway. Internal painting and tiling have also started. What a month! As the client representative, we are very impressed by the quality of the Rohrig team.
Sphere Gardens, AVID Group
Sunny days are here again… sounds like a song lyric, however the Build Team at AVID are marching to the beat of their own drum.
Construction is on track to meet Practical Completion, as we rapidly approach the pointy end - defecting, landscape installation, survey, fencing, plan sealing, and inspections. Go Team!
