Montessori Absorbent Minds, Burpengary
All the joinery has been installed and internal painting is complete. The Landscaping works are progressing well, with the playscape looking great. The final fit off works and defecting are underway.
Bluebird is ensuring our client’s financial investment was properly managed and the project team delivered as per their contractual obligations. Bluebird oversaw delivery to ensure all risks were identified & mitigated and the project returns were maintained.

Childcare Centre, Sunnybank
The scaffolding at the Sunnybank Childcare Centre has now all come down! The tiling and waterproofing is now complete and in the next fortnight will see the remainder of glazing and joinery installed.
Paul and Kate enjoyed taking Sophie, currently on work experience, on a tour around the site.
Bluebird’s Role: Development and Project Manager
Childcare Centre, Geebung
The Childcare is located in Geebung with two primary schools located nearby. The centre will hold 112 spaces and is due to open mid 2022. Bluebird provided external development management services, including design input to assist with value engineering.
