Construction Update
Read through our latest Construction Wrap Up. Explore a quick update on some of our incredible projects, all of which are making significant progress. We’re mitigating the impact of the heightened demand for labour and materials with our terrific builders to move ahead.
Driftwood, Cotton Tree
The building and development team are working hard to complete the final defects for the Driftwood apartments. With the pool recently being poured and signage installed, we will be welcoming our residents into their new homes very soon!
Emmeline, Paddington
Joinery is being installed in all units, remaining scaffolding is coming down this month (June), final coat of painting being completed and bathrooms being finalised with shower screens and mirrors going in. Stone bench tops have also been delivered and started being installed.
KubUnity, Capalaba
Joinery is being installed, tiling is progressing, external concreting has commenced for carports. Shower screens, robes, sinks have also started going in.
Luciana, St Lucia
The townhouses are really starting to take shape. Framing is near completion for Townhouses 1, 2 and 3. Townhouse 4 & 5 The Services rough-in works are nearing completion and external cladding, plasterboard framing, lift steel supports are progressing. Townhouse 6, 7 & 8 – Plasterboard linings are in place, rendering and rooftop tiling have commenced. Roofing and timber stairs are nearing completion.
Timber flooring, lift installation, painting works, tiling, services fit-offs, joinery and carpentry fit-outs have continued and are nearing completion for Townhouse 9, 10 and 11. Can’t wait to share our next Luciana progress update with you.
Infinity, Heathwood
A number of Townhouses are starting to have blinds and security screens installed, timber stairs and balustrades completed.
Painting, landscaping and external concrete completed on the most progressed Townhouses.
Montessori Childcare Centre, Burpengary
Civil works are now underway at Montessori! This innovative childcare center is officially progressing.
