July Construction Update 2022

Montessori Absorbent Minds, Burpengary
Montessori Absorbent Minds Learning Centre is on the home stretch! Practical completion has been reached and all the compliance certificates have been obtained. The Centre is preparing to open in the coming weeks. As Financier’s Representative Bluebird ensured the program and budgets were maintained throughout the development process.
We have thoroughly enjoyed watching this project come to fruition!

Childcare Centre, Sunnybank
The driveway crossover and footpath works to McCullough Street are now complete. The joinery has also been installed and the playscape works are soon to commence with our contractor Hybrid Landscaping. Bluebird provides day to day management of this development from construction to approvals and design.

Childcare Centre, Geebung
The slabs have been poured and the final retaining wall blockwork is set to commence at the start of August!
The Bluebird team were handed over the project with a full building design and have been engaged to manage the development through to completion. We are working hard alongside the consultant team and builder, Mettle Projects, to deliver the exciting childcare centre this year.
