Construction Update

Read through our July Construction Wrap Up. Here we have a quick update on some of our incredible projects, all of which are making significant progress. We’re mitigating the impact of the heightened demand for labour and materials with our terrific builders to move ahead.

Driftwood, Cotton Tree

Final touches are being completed now with the builder currently closing out final defects. Purchasers are getting ready to move in within the next few weeks.

Emmeline, Paddington

The last of the scaffolding has now been removed, with joinery installed in majority of the units. Shower screens and mirrors have been installed in more than half the units as well as 80% of flooring (timber, tiles and carpet). The team are getting prepared to start the plan sealing process to ensure timely settlements for the 6 units.

KubUnity, Capalaba

Construction is coming along well at KubUnity, with appliances and carpet now installed in almost half the buildings. Excitingly, the pool has recently been ordered and installation will start later this month.

Luciana, St Lucia

Our most-progressed townhouses 9, 10 & 11 are nearing completion with garage doors and handrails to stairs having been installed.

The remainder of the site is progressing well with plasterboard linings, rendering and tiling works continuing well.

The roof has now been installed on our character house!
