Bluebird Appointed on Masterplanned Project in Capalaba
Bluebird is thrilled to announce our new appointment at EcoUnity, Capalaba, which comprises 71 affordable and sustainable homes that are designed with first home buyers in mind.
Following our recent involvement at KubUnity, which includes 34 homes due for completion towards the end of this year, we are excited to see the second stage of this masterplanned community come to fruition.
EcoUnity will be a vibrant place to live and continue the traditions of putting residents and the community first. It will use eco-friendly materials and adopt an industry-leading approach to energy-efficiency to enhance sustainability and greatly reduce energy usage and costs.
EcoUnity is a project that greatly aligns with our values, and we are proud to be part of the Project Team.
Working alongside the developer, Paul McManus, Bluebird will provide extra resources to both drive the project forward and allow the developer to focus on his other responsibilities.
We will focus on providing design and construction management support to ensure the detailed design is properly coordinated and the builder is able to commence construction in a timely manner.
Our key services initially will include:
Coordinating the pre-construction program and key milestones
Coordinating design and construction documentation, including the building approval and working drawings
Coordinating the construction contract, including negotiations with the builder.
