January 2021 Construction Update
We are thrilled to bring you our first construction update of 2021, the January Construction Wrap Up. Take a quick look at some of our wonderful projects, all of which are progressing well and hitting important milestones.
Luciana, St Lucia
Construction of the 11 townhouses at Luciana are well underway with builder BA Murphy. The installation of the timber framing, decking and trusses are advancing, with external cladding now commenced. Electrical rough-ins are near completion on two townhouses.
Emmeline on Elizabeth, Rosalie
Builder Infinitec Constructions have topped out at Emmeline and the blockwork and core filling is complete. January saw the installation of the roof trusses and rafters, with roof sheeting to go on in February. Services rough-in is underway on the lower levels.
Driftwood, Cotton Tree
The end of 2020 saw the final slab being poured at Driftwood and in January the BA Murphy team started preparations for the installation of the roof. The blockwork to the building is now complete, sheeting is taking place across Levels 2 and 3 and framing has started on Level 4. We are on track to reach lock-up stage by the end of February!
Infinity, Heathwood
Construction of Stage 2 at Infinity, Heathwood is complete with settlements now underway. These spacious 4-bedroom townhomes are selling fast with only limited stock remaining in Stage 3, where construction is progressing well. Settlements within Stage 3 are forecast for Spring 2021.
KubUnity, Capalaba
SandSky has completed the slabs & drainage for six buildings. Framing is now complete across four buildings and the services rough-in will commence next week. In February, we look forward to completing the roof framing and sheeting as the builder progresses to lock up stage.
