New Appointment | Childcare Centre

Bluebird is thrilled to announce our latest appointment as the Project Manager for a new Childcare Centre located in Geebung. The Bluebird team were handed over the project with a full building design and have since been engaged to manage the development through to completion. We are already working hard alongside the consultant team and builder, Mettle Projects, to deliver the exciting childcare centre this year.

This brand-new centre is perfectly located adjacent to the Geebung State School and opposite St Kevin’s Catholic Primary School. It will accommodate 112 children and will open its doors in late 2022.

Demolition of the three existing properties was completed last month, with bulk earthworks now officially underway. Bluebird will be working closely with client and childcare operator, Growing 4, to bring the new childcare centre to life!
