Bluebird has recently been working with the Destination Gold Coast Consortium team in the lead up to the completion of The Star Residences - a 53-storey tower comprising the stunning Dorsett hotel which opened late-2021, and 422 residential apartments spanning across 23 levels. The Star Residences, a collection of luxurious one and two bedroom apartments located in Broadbeach at The Star Gold Coast, is the result of a successful joint venture between Star, Far East Consortium and Chow Thai Fook.
Immaculately designed, each residence features high-end furnishings and fixtures throughout, and is complimented by stunning dual-aspect views across the Gold Coast's breathtaking coastline and lush hinterland. The Star Residences guests also have access to exclusive amenities on Level 20, including a swimming pool and spa, cooking facilities, casual and private dining areas, a gymnasium, dedicated yoga and pilates deck and a residents' lounge.
Bluebird has provided Development Management Services to Destination Gold Coast Consortium to assist in the extensive pre-settlement activities of this project.
