Brisbane City Council Election Recap

On the 28th of March 2020 Brisbane residents voted to elect their new Council, Civic Cabinet and Committee representatives.

The election confirmed the cities confidence in their Councillors with only two changes across the 26 wards. LNP’s Sarah Hutton for Jamboree and LNP’s Greg Adermann for Pullenvale. Get to know your Brisbane Council members and their Wards below.

Councillor Krista Adams was newly appointed this election to Chair of the City Planning and Economic Development Committee with fellow committee members; Cr Fiona Hammond (Deputy Chair), Cr Kara Cook (Shadow Chair), Cr Lisa Atwood and Cr Peter Matic.
