Bluebird + The Urban Developer Residential vSummit
At the end of April our very own Riye Arai-Coupe was invited to speak at The Urban Developer Residential vSummit. Riye (virtually) sat on a panel with Mosaic Property Group’s Brook Monahan and Jim Watson from Golden State Developments to discuss “The developer crystal ball: What lies ahead for the residential sector?”. Riye, Brook and Jim point out the temporary “hibernation” of the market and the hopefully lower impact this will have on the industry due to large government support, the need for a hands on approach as settlements near and the very exciting prospects that will come after COVID-19.
