Queen’s Wharf Residences Launches to the Public Today!
Today marks the official opening of the Queen’s Wharf Residences and Visitors Centre, which is located on the corner of George and Alice Street in Brisbane City. Now open to the general public, the display unit features two apartments positioned against a stunning Brisbane City backdrop. It also features a fantastic scale model of Brisbane and Queen’s Wharf, virtual reality, animated videos, and an interactive display!
We are so excited to see the project reach this next milestone, with an anticipated completion date of mid-2023 for the Queen’s Wharf Residences. The building will feature 667 luxury apartments across 64 storeys. The one, two and three-bedroom apartments will be situated within the historic heart of Brisbane and reflect the evolution of our ever-growing metropolis. The luxury apartments have already received an overwhelming amount of positive feedback, with sales tracking to be a magnificent success.
Bluebird have provided development management services on Queen’s Wharf Residences for over 12 months, which has centred on sales & marketing activity, preparation of titling strategy and legal contracts, product refinement, and assisting in the delivery of the Sales Display. It’s been an incredible project and a great team to work with.
We’re also excited to see some other major infrastructure projects underway in Brisbane, including Cross-River Rail, Brisbane Metro, and Brisbane Live. Over the next five years, Brisbane will experience investment on a scale not seen since Expo 88, and we love being part of it!
