October Construction Update
We are excited to update date you on the progress of some of our fantastic projects over the course of the month.
Traveston Roadhouse
The roadhouse that the Bluebird team are working on in Traveston is progressing well with the centre set to open at the end of November. Final external works are in progress with commissioning underway. We anticipate practical completion to be achieved shortly. Matilda the Kangaroo, from the 1982 Commonwealth Games, has been installed on site. This iconic structure will be a landmark for Traveston!
Emmeline on Elizabeth, Rosalie
These beautiful boutique apartments in Rosalie are charging along, with the structure really starting to take shape. The formwork for Level 1 has been complete with a top layer of mesh and services now installed. The Level 1 slab will be poured soon.
Driftwood, Cotton Tree
Construction works are progressing well at Driftwood with the Level 3 slab recently poured, additionally the block work is in the process of being installed to the lower levels.
Infinity, Heathwood
Practical completion at Stage 2 of Infinity Heathwood is fast approaching which signifies an exciting step in this wonderful project. The team are also making great headway in Stage 3 with the slabs and framing taking shape.
KubUnity, Capalaba
Construction at KubUnity kicked off in September, with October seeing the foundations and footings completion. The slabs for the ground floor are set to be poured at the start of November and construction works are progressing well on this exciting project.
