November Construction Update
We are excited to update date you on the progress of some of our fantastic projects over the course of the month.
Traveston Service Centre
We are excited to advise that the Traveston Service Centre opened at the end of the month, with retail cornerstones Puma, McDonalds, Beefys and Rosies. Traveston Service Centre also incorporates solar panels and provisions for EV charging points. We are proud to have been a part of this project acting as the Client Representative and want to congratulate the team for delivering this project on time and on budget.

Emmeline on Elizabeth, Rosalie
Local builder, Infinitec Constructions has installed in-slab services for Level 1 and the concrete pour was complete in mid-November. Block work and core filling is underway and Level 2 scaffolding and formwork is going up with the pour schedule imminent. Works are on track for an Q2 2021 completion.
Driftwood, Cotton Tree
The Level 4 slab was poured in November and BA Murphy are planning to pour Level 5 prior to Christmas. Block work and core filling is underway on Level 4 and the scaffold and safety barrier has been lifted. The Level 5 formwork is underway and completion remains on track for Q2 2021.
Infinity, Heathwood
Construction of Stage 2 at Infinity Heathwood is almost complete, with finishing touches being made by OJ Pippin Builders. Plan sealing is underway and the developer Keystone, is looking forward to welcoming their new residents in early 2021. Stage 3 construction is also continuing with framing taking shape across the stage.
KubUnity, Capalaba
November has been a busy month for SandSky, with the majority of all the slabs now being poured. Frames have started going up and we forecast these will be completed prior to Christmas. SandSky is on track to deliver these 34 homes by Q3 2021.
