Pikos Sod-Turning Ceremony
We are proud to be working alongside the Pikos Property Group, who is a developer that combines experience, with a reputation for delivering high quality buildings. The formal sod-turning ceremony was held recently.
We can’t wait to share more progress on this extraordinary development that will overlook the Kangaroo Point Cliffs!

We're loving this angle of Queen's Wharf shared by YPM Group and we're so excited to see this incredible development coming to life!
We have loved working with the Far East Consortium and Destination Brisbane team on the Queens Wharf Residences project.
It's an incredible feeling to know that the heart of Brisbane is about to undergo such a transformative change and we're proud to be a part of this exciting moment in the city's history!
Bluebird’s Role: Development Management Services
Early Learning Centre, Geebung
Construction is progressing well at Geebung Early Learning. The ceiling and wall sheeting of both levels is now complete, with internal painting underway on the lower ground floor. Mettle Construction are working hard to prepare the external areas for the playscape installation to start in the coming week. Finally, the joinery installation is also commencing this week!
Bluebird’s Role: Development and Project Manager & Superintendent
CREÉRA, Brisbane
Last year we announced our appointment as Project Manager with CREÉRA. Demolition has recently occurred and the site is now cleared for the commencement of construction! This development will comprise nine boutique town homes.
