February 2021 Construction Update
We are thrilled to bring you our first construction update of 2021, the February Construction Wrap Up. Explore a quick update on some of our incredible projects, all of which are making significant progress.
Driftwood, Cotton Tree
The milestones are being crossed off thick and fast with the apartments starting to take shape on the lower levels since joinery has arrived and fit out works are underway.
Wall framing and carpentry fixing is happening on the upper levels and we’re looking forward to the crane and scaffolding coming down next month.
KubUnity, Capalaba
A total of 34 homes across 7 buildings are being delivered with the majority of each slab and lower frames installed. Roofing, doors and windows have been installed plus solar panels being placed - a fantastic green energy step.
The builder is working towards progressive handovers from July, so we’re anticipating a busy and exciting few months. We can’t wait to share more progress with you!
Luciana, St Lucia
The townhouses are making real progress! Installation of aluminium windows and doors are nearing completion to half the properties and structural framing, roof sheeting and rainwater goods are underway.
External cladding, painting and floor tiling to the balconies are also pressing ahead. Additionally, the ceiling and partitions are coming along with ease.
