A development application has been submitted by Maria Louisa Tapper for the construction of a boutique five storey commercial building located at 39 Commercial Rd, Newstead.
Designed by Sparc, this project features a noticeable unique brick façade fronting Commercial Road. This is a nod to the architectural vernacular of the brick warehouses and industrial character of the Newstead area.
