Bluebird Team Update
Here at Bluebird, we are very passionate about growing the pipeline of women in property and construction and love to support those early in their careers and professional development. Throughout July, the Bluebird Team have welcomed two female work experience students:
Kate: Year 10 Student
Anne: Masters in Property Valuation at Bond University
It has been wonderful having these two women in the office, on-site and sharing the world of construction and property development with them.
Our Co-Founders, Claire and Riye have always been incredibly passionate about diversity and enhanced learning. Both are mentors for the UDIA Queensland program, and Riye is a Committee Member of the Property Council of Australia (PCA), where she has been part of the QLD Diversity Committee for several years. Riye has also been an active participant in the PCA’s Girls in Property and 500 Women in Property initiatives for multiple terms.
