Claire Teaches at UDIA Development Fundamentals
Last week, Claire presented at the UDIA Development Fundamentals two-day course for professionals throughout the property industry.
The course was created as an introduction to the property industry for emerging and establishing professionals alike to grow their knowledge base and hear directly from industry leaders. Speakers held extensive property expertise and were invited to share thoughts around the development cycle itself
The two-day course covered foundational topics such as town planning, the process of development applications plus contracts and negotiations. Attendees were given the opportunity to also hear about design, building costs and construction.
As part of the course our Co-Founder, Claire, shared her insights around the importance of research within the site acquisition process.
Claire was proud to connect with attendees who were new to the industry—from Graduates, Assistant Development Managers and advisors—and talk about her experience.
