Over the past couple of months, Bluebird has been working on pulling together a new boutique waterfront apartment project in Highgate Hill!

We’re now working on finalising the development strategy and acquisition, and have started on the preparation of the DA with our design team from Ellivo Architects and town planners Property Projects Australia.
