Bluebird Appointed as Development Manager on Hamilton Project

Golden State Developments have appointed Bluebird Property Partners as their Development Manager for a brand-new apartment site in the Hamilton riverside precinct of Brisbane.

Design work is underway for a 52-unit scheme at Agnes Street, which will maximise river views, capitalise on the surrounding infrastructure and deliver architecturally considered living spaces & amenity.

Bluebird Property Partners was selected in December to work with Jim Watson of Golden State Developments, and the team from Red Door Architecture, due to our strong experience delivering high quality apartments. Our experience in other recent apartment projects include Destination Brisbane’s Queen’s Wharf Residences, and Mirvac’s Waterfront precinct in Newstead. 

Over the coming weeks, Bluebird will be working with the team to optimise the building design, improve efficiencies and embed quality design and development principles into the project.
