Childcare Centre, Sunnybank
The landscaping has been completed including street scaping works to the frontage! The playscape is being constructed by our skilled contractor Hybrid Landscaping and is coming together nicely. Over the next week cleaning and defecting will be undertaken in anticipation for project completion.
As Development and Project Manager, we manage the everyday approvals, design and construction process to project completion and handover!

Childcare Centre, Geebung
Excitingly, the upper deck formwork has now been completed. Reinforcement is being installed in preparation for the slab. The retaining wall and blockwork installation is currently being constructed. We are so happy to be working alongside Mettle who are transforming this project into what will be a great Childcare Centre.
Bluebird is the Development & Project Manager and Superintendent for this new childcare centre in Geebung. We were handed over the project with a full building design and have been engaged to manage the development through to completion. We are working hard alongside the consultant team and builder, Mettle Projects, to deliver this exciting project!

Absorbent Minds Montessori, Burpengary
Absorbent Minds Montessori Early Education Centre is NOW OPEN! Bluebird has thoroughly enjoyed watching this project come to fruition!
As the Financier’s Representative, Bluebird worked on behalf of the lender, keeping a watchful eye on progress to ensure the development hit key milestones. We offered piece of mind throughout the formal monthly project reviews, input into strategic decisions, analysis of the risks and opportunities, review of the builder’s performance, and monitoring of project budgets. We were available 24/7 as a conduit between the financier and the developer.
