Explore our latest August Construction Updates. August has seen great progress with Driftwood residents moving into their new home, Montessori Childcare Centre foundations being laid and many more of our projects making significant progress.
Montessori Childcare Centre, Burpengary
The Montessori Childcare Centre is full steam ahead with the bulk earthworks recently completed as well as in-ground services.
Rohrig have now commenced building the foundations, piers and retaining walls.
Driftwood, Cotton Tree
Driftwood has welcomed its residents into their new homes!
Bluebird has loved working with the Developer and BA Murphy to deliver these beautiful apartments in Cotton Tree.
KubUnity, Capalaba
The pool at KubUnity has been installed!
Internal and external painting are so close to being completed, and kitchens are now installed in a majority of the buildings. Three out of the seven buildings have their appliances installed.
The builder defects process is also underway, with Bluebird starting our defecting very soon too!
Emmeline, Paddington
External works are underway with the cross-over poured this week and landscaping commencing next week!
All kitchens and flooring are now installed and the team are getting ready to start defects in the coming weeks.
Infinity, Heathwood
Construction of Stage 3 is coming along well at Heathwood.
The carpet and flooring have progressed with only a couple of months left of construction to go!
Luciana, St Lucia
Scaffolding has continued to come down at Luciana, showing our first real glimpses of the facades of Residences 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8.
The electrical and plumbing rough-ins to our Residence 1 character house are almost complete with sheeting to follow.
The external works are underway with driveways soon to be completed.
