The Age of Emmeline

We are thrilled to advise that in June, local Brisbane builder Infinitec commenced construction on the premium apartment development, Emmeline on Elizabeth, Rosalie.

Designed by award-winning architect Mason Cowle of Ellivo, the development comprises six 3-bedroom apartments and a fully renovated Queenslander. Mason, an inner-west local who was so taken with the location and design, purchased one of the seven owner-occupier residences. Construction is well underway and scheduled for completion in August 2021.

Bluebird is delighted to continue our engagement with the Developer as the Project Superintendent, ensuring the construction contract is administered to the highest standard. We will oversee the building process on behalf of our client – with a focus on quality, cost, time and risk – making sure our client gets the right outcome.
